| Cape Horn with an Outremer 55 |
 |
Readers of our previous "Ocean Passages" newsletters
will recall WAY TO GO, the
Outremer 45, which Robin and Gregor have successfully
sailed in the RAC transatlantic race and recently
delivered from Antigua to Aeroyachts base in Long
Island, NY.
Robin, her owner is so pleased with the vessels
performance, that he is planning to upgrade to her
larger sister - the Outremer 55 Light - with an
unprecedented plan in mind: to sail with Robin Knox-
Johnson and Gregor Tarjan around the everest of all
sailors: Cape Horn
It is for this reason, that we are proud to offer WAY TO
GO. Her clever lay out has been optimized for long open
ocean passages and great care has been taken to keep
her as light and well performing as possible. The vessel
was constructed to the specifications of Robin, who is
a very experienced sailor, a fact that the new owner of
WAY TO GO will undoubtedly benefit from.
If you want to take the opportunity to test sail this
very special catamaran and only Outremer 45 for sale in
the entire US
or Carribbean - do not miss this opportunity. Stay
tuned for a feature article of WAY TO GO in the
upcoming issue of Multihull Magazine
