After the success of the Cumberland 46 of which over 30 units are roaming the seas - there is a new power cat in town. Check out the new Queensland 55.

Fountaine Pajot has done it again. After nearly one year of research and development the leading French yard has created a larger sister to the already extensive range of their proven power catamarans. The Queensland 55 is all infusion built and with a light displacement of only 22 Tons she represents a new class of highly efficient, yet luxurious world cruisers.
This 55 footer is ready for production and the first boat can be ordered for Spring 2009 delivery.

The French maxi-trimaran Groupama 3's round the world attempt came to an abrupt end when the vessel capsized. No one was hurt, except our pride. Lets get up, fix her and re-try mates.
