CONSTRUCTION in OCS© Overlap Composite Construction
(10 year structural and 3 year osmosis warranty)
- Hulls built
out of hand laid up monolithic laminated GRP with double
thickness at bottom and omegas for additional stiffness.
- Central and
stern beams built out of GRP with CTBX marine plywood
bulkheads laminated to hulls and major structural bulkheads.
- Vacuum bagged foam core is used for
decks and cockpit floor to provide stiffness, strength and
minimum weight.
- Honeycomb
watertight bulkheads stratified to hulls at stern and aft
beams.
- Reinforced
fitting areas for rudders, mast, chainplates and deck
fittings.
