Fountaine Pajot Trawler cats are possibly the most efficient power catamarans on the market. Due to their high aspect ratio hull design and slippery hydrodynamic shapes they can cut through water like few other vessels in her class. Vacuum bag composite construction and resin infusion techniques result in a very strong but medium displacement boat. This further helps Fountaine Pajot Trawler’s excellent performance data.

The information we provide is fully trustworthy since it has been recorded during real sea trials. Aeroyacht would like to point out the importance of several factors that can detract from these performance levels.

The most important are:

• the load of the boat (full, etc…)
• the cleanliness of the hull
• the cleanliness of the propeller
• sea (and wind) conditions

but other minor factors should also be taken into account :

• the air temperature
• fuel quality
• filter maintenance
• additional equipment
• hull and propeller appendages (probes, rope cutter, etc.)

For all these reasons the performance levels shown below are not contractually binding but accurately reflect the trials carried out on a calm sea, with average load and the standard tanks indicated.
