HULLS, DECK & BULKHEADS

  • Hulls built out of hand laid up monolithic laminated vinylester resin with double thickness at bottom and omegas for additional stiffness.
  • Central and stern beams built out of GRP marine plywood bulkheads and laminated to hulls and main structure bulkheads.
  • Vacuum bagged PVC foam core is used for decks and cockpit floor to provide stiffness, strength and minimum weight.
  • Honeycomb watertight bulkheads stratified to hulls at stern and aft beams.
  • Reinforced fitting areas for rudders, mast, chain plates and deck fittings.
  • Skeg supported rudders.
  • Centerboards built out of a composite compound of polyester and epoxy.
